Assistant General Counsel, Infrastructure & Compute

Baseten is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Infra & Compute to lead legal strategy for its critical AI inference infrastructure supply chain. The role focuses on managing compute, cloud, and infrastructure services agreements while partnering with Commercial teams on sales deals and vendor contracts up to 100K. Candidates will work closely with Engineering, Finance, and Security to shape long-term structural decisions and ensure operational resilience. This position requires deep expertise in technology transactions, specifically within the compute and hardware supply domain.
