Assistant General Counsel

The Assistant General Counsel provides in‑house legal counsel, contract management, procurement, risk management, and policy advice to MTA Construction & Development executives on a broad range of issues, including construction, real estate, procurement, HR, environmental, and intellectual property matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing multi‑million‑dollar contracts, analyzing claims, negotiating contract changes, and representing the agency in dispute resolution and special assignments.
