Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in ensuring the successful operational and financial performance of the club while upholding Villa Sport's brand promise and core values. This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team to deliver five-star service and maintain immaculate facility standards across housekeeping, member services, spa, events, and F&B. The position requires a high-energy, service-oriented leader who can co-lead a high-end, resort-style athletic club with minimal direct supervision.
