Assistant Kitchen Leader

We are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Leader to support daily kitchen operations, lead shifts, and maintain food quality, cleanliness, and consistency. This hands-on leadership role involves working directly with the Kitchen Manager to help maintain standards and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full Kitchen Manager position. The role requires being on the line and in prep to support the team rather than managing from the sidelines.
