This role focuses on building and managing CREW's directly contracted hotel portfolio by negotiating competitive rates and terms with hotels, resorts, and regional chains. The position requires daily monitoring of rate competitiveness against public OTAs and proactive renegotiation to ensure member benefits. The ideal candidate will leverage hotel supply-side experience to close high-impact contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
