About this role

The Assistant Manager supports the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of learning solutions to develop the capabilities of financial representatives and agency leaders. This role partners with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to execute onboarding programmes, continuous learning initiatives, and strategic capability-building projects. The position drives learning effectiveness through programme facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and innovative learning approaches, including GenAI-enabled role play simulations.
