Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day running of the catering service at St Margarets School, working closely with the General Manager to ensure operational delivery, team leadership, and high standards in food quality and service. This hands-on, customer-focused role involves supervising catering teams, managing stock and supplier relationships, and maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance. The position also includes deputising for the General Manager and championing allergen controls to ensure safe mealtimes for all pupils.
