Assistant NYS Learning and Enrichment After-school Program Supports (LEAPS) Coordinator

The Assistant NYS Learning and Enrichment After-school Program Supports (LEAPS) Coordinator plans, organizes, and leads a comprehensive enrichment program for children under the direction of the Senior Program Director. This role ensures the well-being of participants, oversees program curriculum, and manages staff and operations in alignment with YMCA guidelines and NYS regulations. The position supports the YMCA's mission of youth development and community strengthening through engaging after-school activities.
