Assistant Plant Controller

The Assistant Plant Controller serves as the primary finance business partner to the Sikeston Ice Cream factory leadership team, driving site performance through financial insights, decision support, and strategic guidance. This role oversees end-to-end plant finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and operational performance reporting, while partnering with cross-functional teams to identify cost improvements and enhance profitability. The position also supports strategic transformation initiatives and serves as a key stepping stone toward future Plant Controller and Supply Chain Finance leadership roles.
