Assistant Production Supervisor

The Assistant Production Supervisor supports daily operations with a primary focus on employee training, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production data capture, and building structured retraining plans. This role partners closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure employees are properly trained, processes are current and documented, and productivity and quality expectations are consistently met. The position also involves managing a union workforce to support productivity, safety, and positive labor relations in alignment with company policy and the collective bargaining agreement.
