Assistant Project Manager

DevCo US Construction is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager to join its collaborative team in Bellevue, WA, supporting the planning, design, and construction of low-income housing tax credit multifamily projects. The role involves assisting the Project Management team with coordinating internal and external partners, managing project documents, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with mostly in-office presence and one day of remote work per week.
