Assistant Sous Chef

The Assistant Sous Chef supports the YMCA's mission by assisting the Food Service Director in providing nutritious, well-prepared meals for campers, guests, and staff during weekend programs. This part-time role involves leading food service operations, preparing meals with special dietary options, and managing food costs and inventory.
