Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive brand loyalty. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty, representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador, and supporting achievement of financial targets. It involves oversight of store operations, cash control, inventory, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and occasional travel to other locations for training or coverage.
