The Assistant Winemaker supports the Senior Winemaker in producing high-quality wines across all phases of the winemaking process, from grape reception to bottling. This role involves collaborating with cellar, laboratory, and quality teams to manage fermentation, blending trials, and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency and safety. The position requires hands-on experience in harvest planning, wine evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a commercial winery environment.

Responsibilities

Support winemaker in all phases of winemaking process
