About this role

The Associate Claims Analyst supports the PMPL Claims division by triaging, assigning, and routing new claims across Personal Lines, Marine, Transportation, and Property lines. The role ensures timely and accurate claim distribution, monitors claim trends, and contributes to process improvements within a high‑volume insurance environment.

Responsibilities

Triage and assign new claims to appropriate specialists
Maintain understanding of departmental service standards and procedures
Identify catastrophic claims and evaluate severity of damages
Communicate claim trends to Segmentation/Triage Manager
Participate in team projects and testing initiatives
