About this role

The Client Services Development Program (CSDP) is a 12-month rotational, entry-level program at ERCOT designed to develop knowledge and skills for careers within the Client Services organization. Participants are based in Market Training and rotate through Market Support Services, Market Training, and Client Services Account Management while receiving mentoring, instructor-led and web-based training, and project assignments to build expertise in ERCOT market and grid operations.
