Aptiv’s IT Graduate Program is a rotational development program for early-career graduates, placing participants in three 12-month IT assignments to build breadth of experience across the organization. The program is led by the IT executive team and is designed to accelerate career growth, with opportunities for increased responsibility on successful completion. Participants gain exposure to multiple IT functions and access to training, coaching and professional development.
