Qualifications
- JD and membership in at least one US state bar
- 1-3 years legal experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm
- Experience with SaaS transactions and negotiating MSAs, subscription agreements, services agreements, etc.
- Experience with global data protection laws and negotiating DPAs
