Associate Counsel, Emerging Markets

The Associate Counsel, Emerging Markets role manages transactional and commercial legal matters across the firm's emerging markets business, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This position is responsible for leading legal execution on investment transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing risk-adjusted legal advice to investment and business development teams. The role also involves overseeing entity formation and maintenance, managing external counsel, and supporting fund and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
