About this role
Lead clinical study delivery at country and study level, responsible for planning, executing and closing studies to time, cost and quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company procedures. Acts as Study Delivery Team Lead and Local Study Team Lead, forming and managing study teams, overseeing timelines, budgets, documentation and regulatory interactions. Supports site selection, recruitment strategy, training, audits/inspections and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
