About this role
The Associate, Data Analytics on Oscar’s Network team partners across the organization to identify and remediate business and healthcare inefficiencies by scoping, executing, and monitoring analytical work. The role supports business units in analyzing financial and utilization metrics, building and enhancing operational dashboards, and delivering clear findings to non-technical stakeholders and leadership. It reports to the Group Product Manager, Network and collaborates closely with Engineering and contracting teams to inform product releases and operational improvements.
