Associate Director, Account Management

The Associate Director, Account Management will lead and scale a remote team of Account Managers responsible for upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion revenue across SMB and mid‑market customers. This full‑time, people‑management role focuses on building systems, coaching, and accountability to consistently hit aggressive revenue targets, while collaborating with Client Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product.
