The Associate Director – Territory Operations Manager (AD-TOM) at AstraZeneca’s Cell Therapy division is a regional expert supporting patient operations and project teams for cell therapy across the Pacific West. This senior, field-based role establishes policies and standards for treatment centers, partners with Regional Operations Directors on site strategy, and maintains best practices to expand AstraZeneca’s cell therapy footprint. The AD-TOM reports to a Regional Operations Director and supports clinical and commercial programs from development through post-market.
