The Associate Director – Central Automation Engineering leads the Central Automation team to support daily manufacturing operations at Lilly Kenosha County, ensuring reliable and compliant control applications for drug product manufacturing. This role involves supervising team performance, managing automation portfolios, and driving operational excellence across process automation systems and site infrastructure. The position requires close collaboration with global automation and IT organizations to implement technical agendas and maintain compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the Central Automation team to ensure reliable and compliant control applications
Manage compliance for infrastructure supporting site automation needs including data historians and PLCs
Own and ensure compliance for LKC automation cybersecurity and data integrity across functional disciplines
