About this role

The Automation Lead will lead the automation workstream during the design, construction, and qualification of a new Large Scale mAbs facility, serving as the technical authority for all automation and manufacturing control systems. This role involves managing internal resources and external contractors to deliver a fully integrated GMP-compliant digital plant while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business requirements. The position requires close collaboration with Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to execute automation strategies and integrate systems with digital applications.
