About this role
The Associate Director, CMS is a principal compliance leader accountable for oversight of Flex’s Compliance Management System and the enterprise-level strategy that supports responsible growth. The role requires close partnership with bank and regulatory stakeholders and alignment of compliance frameworks across the company. This is a highly visible, hybrid position based in Flex’s NY, SF, or SLC headquarters with on-site expectations three days per week.
