The Associate Director – Controller Brazil leads the finance organization's controllership, accounting, tax, and internal controls environment to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and global standards. Serving as a trusted business partner to the Brazil Leadership Team, the role drives operational excellence, strategic decision-making support, and talent development for future finance leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting, tax, and financial reporting for the Brazil affiliate
Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and SOX standards
Oversee tax planning, compliance, and audits with internal and external stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to the Brazil CFO on financial risks and decisions
Develop and inspire a high-performing team focused on leadership growth
