About this role
The Associate Director, Commercial Data Science & AI will define and drive CSL's strategy for (Gen)AI and advanced analytics to improve commercial outcomes across the portfolio. This role leads the translation of commercial business needs into scalable AI solutions, embedding predictive modeling and generative AI into core processes such as patient identification, forecasting, and customer insights. The position reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Business Analytics Reporting & Data Science and focuses on measurable business impact and responsible AI adoption.
