Associate Director - Director

Profluent is seeking an Associate Director - Director to lead in vivo pharmacology strategy and execution for customized base editor therapeutics, overseeing rodent and non‑human primate studies to evaluate editing activity, delivery, biodistribution, durability, tolerability, and translational potential. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with gene editing, protein engineering, delivery, computational biology, bioanalytics, and external CROs to generate decision‑quality data that guides candidate selection and IND‑enabling development.
