About this role
The Associate Director, Legal will lead all legal aspects of OMERS Infrastructure’s Strategic Partnerships Program (SPP) third‑party platform and manage asset lifecycle matters including co‑investments, add‑ons, and capital rotations. The role is a strategic contributor to the program and will help develop new capital structuring solutions to support SPP activities. The position works closely with internal deal, asset, tax, finance and compliance teams and with external counsel and investors across jurisdictions.
