Associate Director of Programs

The Associate Director of Programs will support the management and delivery of Luminos Fund’s Structured Accelerated Learning Program (SALP) and SPELL initiative in Ethiopia, ensuring programmatic excellence and operational effectiveness through strategic communications, project management, and scale planning. The role works closely with the Director of Programs, the Ethiopia country team, and cross‑functional partners to develop donor materials, build cost models, and maintain robust project systems while facilitating the transfer of program ownership to government systems.
