The Associate Director, Paid Media & Growth Strategy (US) at The Orchard will lead the Strategy vertical within the Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy team, shaping the strategic vision and execution for premium services and high-visibility releases. The role partners with media buyers, labels, relationship managers, and cross-functional teams to create bespoke, multi-channel paid media plans and drive business outcomes. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy.
