About this role

The Associate Director, Quality Control will lead Beam Therapeutics' Massachusetts QC team in delivering compliant, scientifically sound GMP testing for clinical and late-stage programs. This on-site role oversees release, stability, method qualification/validation, and method transfer testing while ensuring continuous inspection readiness and supporting commercial and BLA readiness. The leader will manage QC staff, quality systems, data integrity, and cross‑functional issue resolution.
