The Associate Director, Quality Management Systems at Dyne Therapeutics leads the design and scaling of a global Quality Management System (QMS) to support the company's transition to commercial operations. This role ensures systems are inspection-ready, risk-based, and aligned with global regulatory expectations while partnering cross-functionally to embed quality as a strategic enabler. The position requires both strategic vision and hands-on operational execution to manage document control, training programs, and eQMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the QMS into a commercial-ready, globally scalable system
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of quality documents and controlled records
Drive planning and governance of role-based training curriculum across functions
Implement and optimize eQMS platforms ensuring validated systems and strong user adoption
Serve as subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and health authority interactions
