Global Head Quality Systems & Services

This role provides global leadership for quality systems, eQMS, quality risk management, training, document management, and global quality services across the Bachem network. The position involves overseeing and continuously improving global QMS processes, defining the quality risk management framework, and developing global standards for eQMS and training. The successful candidate will build a high-performing team and provide quality support to sites and functions to ensure compliant and efficient operations.
