The Associate Director, Retention Marketing & Subscriber Cohort Analysis leads retention analysis, insights, forecasting, and budgeting for Dow Jones' B2C brands including WSJ, Barron’s, and MarketWatch. The role builds an in-depth understanding of subscriber renewal behavior through cohort analysis and integrates findings to shape the broader retention strategy. The position reports to the Senior Director and supervises one Retention Manager.
