Associate Director, Training & Development, CX

The Associate Director of Hiring & PD Onboarding leads talent acquisition and onboarding for Amplify’s Customer Experience contingent workforce, with a focus on Professional Learning Specialists. The role owns the end-to-end contractor candidate experience, develops scalable hiring and onboarding processes, and ensures contractors are prepared with deep program knowledge. The position partners cross-functionally to improve contractor readiness and reports to the Executive Director of CX Hiring & Onboarding.
