Associate Director

This role involves managing a portfolio of existing and prospective delivery partners to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, specialist lenders, and alternative finance providers, with a core focus on Asset Finance. The position requires identifying opportunities, developing commercial relationships, and bringing innovative funding and guarantee solutions to market. Collaboration with internal teams across Banking, Risk, Policy, Legal, Finance, ESG, Marketing, and Communications is essential to influence product development and contribute to strategic initiatives.
