Thunes' Singapore Global Executive Programme is an 18-month graduate rotation programme that develops early-career talent through cross-functional rotations, overseas assignments, formal training and mentorship. The Associate Employee Success Partner role sits within the People (HR) function and supports delivery of People services, strategic HR projects and digitalisation initiatives. Participants gain exposure to international projects and leadership coaching while contributing to organisational and people transformation.
