About this role
The Enrollment Associate educates patients about eligible healthcare services, collects necessary patient information, and directly schedules them with Strive’s provider team. This role builds trust-based relationships through empathetic communication and supports patient enrollment across inbound and outbound high-volume calls. Performance is driven by key operational metrics such as daily contacts, first call resolution, average handle time, and quality adherence, and the role reports to the Lead, Enrollment.
