About this role
The Associate General Counsel is an in-house legal leader responsible for enterprise-wide labor and employment matters at a healthcare financial technology company, reporting to the Enterprise Deputy General Counsel. This role partners closely with the People & Culture team and executive leadership to advise on employment strategies, compliance, and policy. The position supports US and India operations and helps scale legal processes and systems as the company grows.
