Associate Manager, Plant Operational Excellence

The Associate Manager, Plant Operational Excellence is responsible for implementing and leading operational excellence initiatives across the plant, including the operating system, management infrastructure, and Industry 4.0 capabilities. The role drives cross‑functional OPEX teams, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain performance, reduce losses, and improve cost of product sold while coaching stakeholders and building capability throughout the organization.
