Associate, Member and Provider Optimization

An Associate on the Member & Provider Services Optimization team at Oscar works cross-functionally to represent departmental needs in company-wide initiatives and to improve internal processes. The role focuses on designing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes to support organizational goals while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders. The position reports to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization and supports strategic decision-making through documentation and analysis.
