About this role
Oscar Health is hiring an Associate to join its Payment Integrity team, focused on improving the claims payment environment across Oscar’s insurance business and +Oscar clients. The role partners cross-functionally to translate stakeholder friction into actionable improvements and helps ensure claims are paid accurately and on time. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Payment Integrity and is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule.
