VP, Provider Integration & Experience

The Vice President of Provider Integration and Experience drives the overall provider experience strategy, designs operational solutions, and leads the enterprise operating model for escalated provider issue resolution. This role owns the provider journey, develops cross-functional roadmaps to reduce friction, and oversees a multi-disciplinary escalation management organization. The position serves as the principal advocate for providers, partnering with senior leaders across various departments to translate data-driven insights into systemic remediations that maximize network satisfaction and deliver enterprise ROI.
