About this role

The Associate People Business Partner will support Sales and Product Development teams across EMEA, partnering with leaders to drive engagement, capability building, and people initiatives that reinforce a high-performance, inclusive culture. Working closely with the Senior Manager, they will own smaller projects, manage day-to-day HR activities with growing autonomy, and contribute to people strategy execution. The role is a developmental position intended to grow into a full strategic People Business Partner role.
