About this role

An Associate People Business Partner is a hybrid HRBP and HR project manager who partners with the People Advisory and Culture team to drive people programs and strategic HR initiatives across the firm. The role collaborates with senior leaders to shape HR strategy and uphold a high-performance culture. This is a New York City–based hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely two days per week and is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
