Associate, Private Debt

The Associate will support the investment team at Audax Private Debt by underwriting new first lien senior secured loan investments and monitoring portfolio companies. This role provides broad exposure to the entire investment lifecycle, including transaction evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution, portfolio management, and investment committee processes. The position offers a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team while developing expertise across credit investing, financial analysis, industry research, risk assessment, debt financing, and portfolio management.
