About this role

ModMed is seeking a customer-focused Associate RCM Client Advisor to provide essential tactical support across assigned client accounts within the Revenue Cycle Management team. This entry-level, client-facing role involves managing day-to-day transactional tasks, triaging inquiries, and educating practice staff on best practices to ensure operational health and improve client outcomes. The position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical billing and healthcare business processes to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming client emails, support cases, and transactional questions regarding charges, payments, and claims
Conduct claim-level denial reviews, patient balance reviews, and demographic reviews directly with client practice staff
Identify and escalate larger claim issues, recurring trends, or contract-related matters to the Client Advisor or appropriate functional teams
