The Associate Recruiter will execute full-cycle recruitment for Kobie's remote Contact Center positions, managing high applicant volumes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless, people‑first candidate experience. The role partners with hiring managers and the broader HR team to meet hiring targets, maintain ATS integrity, and contribute to talent insights and employer branding.
